Victoria Mill was originally a steam driven woollen mill in-built Batley in the 1860’s. In 1900 the location experienced evolved with creation divided between the key mill and associated sheds for weaving, finishing and dyeing.By 1915 the website housed a sizable rag warehouse and grinding shed turning ‘shoddy’ into new, lower quality textile
